Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive sustainable business growth
  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Qualify leads and prioritize them based on business potential and alignment
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs and customize solutions that add value
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling sales pitches and promotional campaigns
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and agreement closures
  • Ensure a seamless transition of new clients to account management or service delivery teams
  • Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive business development plan outlining short- and long-term goals
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet evolving objectives
  • Work cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and finance teams to align business initiatives
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market behavior, and competitor analysis
  • Leverage insights and analytics to inform strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and competitive market dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Open to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events
