Job Description

Responsiblities Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the real estate sector (residential plots & projects). Pitch company offerings and services to prospective leads. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. Build and nurture strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Coordinate with internal teams for timely and quality project delivery. Attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations. Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of sales activities using CRM tools or Excel. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven and result-oriented approach. Good understanding of real estate sales, especially in plotting or residential sectors. Local area knowledge (Pune/PCMC) is preferred. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
