Business Development Manager - Real Estate sourcing & closing

Role Overview: You will be joining Knowbility as a full-time on-site Business Development Manager in Commercial Real Estate at our Mumbai location. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, sourcing and closing sales deals. Additionally, you will be involved in market research, analyzing commercial real estate trends, developing strategic plans, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams.
