Job Title: Business Development Manager – Real Estate Sales

Location: Sector-132, Noida
Experience: 2–6 years in sales

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive direct client engagement and revenue growth in the premium real estate sector. This role is highly target-driven and requires professionals with excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, and ensuring successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue goals.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads through calls, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers, investors, and agencies.
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable projects.
  • Conduct property site visits, open houses, and client presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and negotiations to final closure.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships for repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 2–6 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate (advantage if familiar with the Noida market).
  • Strong communication, convincing ability, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
  • Willingness to travel across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram for client interactions.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
