Job Description

Generating new clients in India, UK & Europe .

Manage Relationships with Key Clients and maintain a rapport with them to ensure that we are on their preferred vendor list.

Managing the customer accounts in terms of SLA delivery, Customer satisfaction, Customer reviews, renewals/ enhancement of business /meet business needs.

Manage the Overall Recruitment operations and responsible for India.

Procuring new business by identifying and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Managing multiple accounts, usually key accounts identified as high potential/ high revenue generating; working with delivery teams to demonstrate strong ROI.
