Role Overview:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential brand clients across sectors (D2C, FMCG, fashion, tech, etc.)
  
• Develop and deliver compelling pitches for our influencer marketing and performance services
  
• Build and manage relationships with key marketing decision-makers
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to close deals and ensure smooth campaign execution
  
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine strategy
  

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in marketing, media, PR, or influencer marketing)
  
• A strong network of brand managers, CMOs, founders, or marketing leaders
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  
• Strong problem-solving ability and a results-driven mindset
  
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
