Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our industrial sensors por¢olio. The role will focus on building a strong distributor network, driving OEM partnerships, and engaging directly with end-users to inuence design-ins and standardiza¢on. You will be at the forefront of shaping demand genera¢on strategies and ensuring Presage Insights becomes a trusted partner for sensor and automa¢on solu¢ons. Key Responsibili¢es Distributor & Channel Development ¢ ¢ Iden¢fy, onboard, and manage high-performing regional distributors. Develop enablement plans, conduct joint business reviews, and implement performance scorecards. ¢ Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure consistent revenue growth across the channel. OEM & End-User Engagement ¢ ¢ ¢ Build strong rela¢onships with OEMs and machine builders to secure design-ins and inuence specica¢ons. Develop tailored strategies for key OEMs, embedding Presage Insights solu¢ons into their product pla¢orms. Partner with end-users across industries to showcase value, drive adop¢on, and standardize solu¢ons. Cross-Func¢onal Collabora¢on ¢ Work closely with marke¢ng, product, and technical teams to ensure market-driven go-to- market strategies. ¢ Provide market intelligence to guide product development and posi¢oning.

Candidate Prole
Experience ¢ 815 years in business development, channel sales, and OEM engagement within industrial automa¢on and sensors. ¢ Proven track record in distributor/channel management and driving growth across ver¢cals such as automo¢ve, F&B, pharma, and process industries. Technical Exper¢se ¢ Strong knowledge of sensor technologies and their integra¢on into automa¢on systems (PLCs, drives, mo¢on control, HMI, networking). ¢ Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumenta¢on Engineering (or related eld). Market Insight ¢ ¢ Established network within Indias industrial automa¢on ecosystem. Preference for candidates from leading automa¢on/sensor companies (e.g., Omron, SICK, Pepperl+Fuchs, Delta, SKF, Pru¢echnik etc). Performance & Leadership ¢ Results-oriented with proven success in mee¢ng KPIs such as distributor growth, OEM design-ins, forecast accuracy, and revenue targets. ¢ Skilled in managing mul¢-channel sales pipelines and maintaining a strong funnel. Communica¢on & Inuence ¢ ¢ Excellent presenta¢on, nego¢a¢on, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to inuence decision-makers across technical, commercial, and execu¢ve levels.
