Roles and Responsibilities:
● Onboarding new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions
● Establish and manage relationships with existing channel partners in order to create new opportunities for these partners● Work with digital and offline brands to explore partnerships to drive new user growth● Develop and execute marketing / promotional campaigns for plutos ONE centrally● Collaborate cross functionally to deliver on key objectives from the Partners● Actively work with functional teams to execute end to end campaign including pre & post campaign tasks● Identifies the relevant decision makers in the partnership organizations and builds strong working relations with them● Work with category teams to evaluate campaigns , track burn and manage campaigns● Track cashback burn regularly and create campaigns strategically to reduce cashback burn
Requirements:
● Bachelors or PGDM degree in business or finance related field.
● 1-2years of professional experience in a similar role.● An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative bent of mind and strong work ethics.● Candidate's from the Fintech/Payment's background will be preferred.● Understanding of sustainable finance markets and Fintech environment
