Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for Paramantra CRM from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closure.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities, particularly in the Real Estate and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Conduct impactful on-site product demonstrations and client presentations to highlight Paramantra CRMs value proposition.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to tailor CRM solutions to each client’s business needs.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the SaaS and CRM space.
  • Share product feedback and insights with internal teams to support continuous product improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven field sales experience in SaaS, IT, or enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS and CRM sales lifecycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Graduate degree (any discipline); technical proficiency or IT background preferred.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, business-relevant terms.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Customer-first attitude and ability to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.

  • Prior experience selling to Real Estate or Manufacturing clients.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
