A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth. The role bridges sales, marketing, strategy, and customer relationship management to expand the organizations market presence. Role & responsibilities : Lead Generation & Market Research Client Acquisition & Relationship Building Sales Strategy & Target Achievement Cross-functional Coordination Networking & Brand Representation Reporting & Documentation Preferred candidate profile : Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Should be open for travelling Candidates with 2 wheeler will be preferred BD background/placement/ skilling projects/ staffing background will be preferred Key Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and closing abilities Strategic thinking and market awareness Self-motivation and goal orientation CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects Perks and benefits As per industry standards and candidature .
