Job Description We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our lead generation and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should understand the technology landscape, demonstrate a strategic and structured approach to the sales cycle, and excel at building and nurturing long-term client relationships. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research on potential clients, key decision-makers, and emerging trends within the technology landscape. Analyze client and company profiles using online sources, including websites and social media platforms. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of service offerings, industry developments, and competitor solutions to enhance lead generation and market intelligence. Drive consistent outbound activist - cold calling, lead generation, and proposal submissions - to meet and exceed targets. Foster strong and lasting client relationships through meaningful and value-driven engagement. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure the seamless handover and nurturing of qualified leads throughout the sales funnel. Deliver impactful first interactions that set a strong foundation and accelerate the sales cycle. Requirements Minimum 9 years of experience in inside sales within the technology sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels. Demonstrated ability to follow a strategic and organized approach to the sales process. Strong understanding of the technology sector and emerging trends. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with a strong sense of ownership.
