Job Description

To accelerate our growth journey, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) who will lead our business development operations and play a strategic role in driving revenue, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop, own, and execute the company’s business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP and IT solutions domain.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders to understand their business needs and propose tailored Odoo solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead the business development team to deliver consistent results.
  • Partnerships & Alliances: Develop and manage partnerships with technology providers, industry bodies, and ecosystem players.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Proposal & Negotiations: Oversee proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations to close deals.
  • Brand Positioning: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to strengthen brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in ERP (Odoo preferred), SaaS, IT consulting, or enterprise software sales.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead business development teams and achieve organizational growth targets.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP systems, business process automation, and digital transformation.
  • Sales Skills: Expertise in consultative selling, solution-oriented approach, and managing large enterprise accounts.
  • Networking: Strong network of industry contacts, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Education: Graduate in Business/Marketing/IT is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
