Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive

    corporate sales and business development

    for AV Integration and IT Hardware solutions.
  • Identify and acquire

    new clients

    across corporate, enterprise, and institutional segments.
  • Work with

    Project Management Consultants (PMCs)

    , architects, and system integrators to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete

    sales cycle

    lead generation, client presentations, proposal submissions, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    corporate decision-makers, consultants, and channel partners

    .
  • Collaborate with the

    technical and presales team

    to design and deliver customized AV / IT solutions.
  • Achieve revenue and business targets consistently across assigned region.
  • Stay updated on

    AV Integration, IT Hardware, Unified Communication, Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, and related technologies

    .

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience

    in

    Corporate Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development

    .
  • Proven background in the

    AV Industry

    (Audio Visual Solutions, AV Integration, Unified Communication, Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, Smart Boards, IFPDs, Projectors)

    OR IT Hardware Sales industry

    ( Networking Solutions, IT Infrastructure, ).
  • Strong experience in

    new client acquisition and business hunting

    (not just account management).
  • Prior exposure in

    AV Integration business / solution sales / turnkey projects

    is highly preferred.
  • Experience in dealing with

    PMCs, consultants, and system integrators

    is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage

    corporate/enterprise accounts

    and achieve business targets.

Education:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Business, Marketing, Electronics, IT, or related field.
