Job Summary

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AV solutions market
Handle B2B and enterprise clients across corporate, education, retail, and government sectors
Promote AV solutions including LED/LCD displays, video walls, projectors, conferencing solutions, and control systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, and channel partners
Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM
Participate in tenders, RFPs, and large project bids

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in
AV technology sales
Strong understanding of AV products and solution selling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
Ability to travel as required

Education:

Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred
