Job Description

1. Develop new business opportunities with potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle, including targeting, prospecting, and presenting business propositions.

2. Develop a growth strategy focused on both in financial gain and customer satisfaction. 3. Plan for lead generation and lead processing through calls and visits. 4. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

5. Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. 6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.…

7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

8. Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization. He should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization

9. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 5 to 8 Years of Proven working experience as a business development manager, or a relevant one.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Respond with a sense of urgency and deal with confidential information. • Enthusiastic and should be taking initiative.Benefits
