Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets, explore new markets, and develop strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
  • Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) the management sets.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT
  • Familiarity with [specific CRM tool, e.g., Salesforce].
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
