International sales experience is a must, preferably with exposure to US or European markets.

Business Development Specialist (BDM) Responsibilities

- Generate a high volume of quality leads and seamlessly hand them over to the sales team for closure.

- Conduct market research to identify target segments and devise effective lead generation strategies.

- Discover and cultivate new lead sources to enhance sales and lead generation efforts.

- Collaborate with marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, and customer referral programs to support lead generation.

- Analyze the efficiency of existing lead generation channels and implement improvements.

- Support sales strategy development and work closely with sales and management teams to consistently meet sales targets.

Requirements

- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or lead generation within the IT/software industry, supported by measurable results.

- Ability to work independently without supervision.

- Up-to-date knowledge of current lead generation strategies within the industry.

- Focus on lead quality over quantity.

- Goal-driven, self-motivated with a "player-coach" mindset and a proactive "go-getter" attitude.

- Relevant experience in IT sales or a similar role, preferably with experience in the US and European markets.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Flexibility with work hours and responsibilities; willingness to take on reasonable tasks to drive lead generation and sales.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Expertise in leveraging social media and online platforms for lead generation.

- Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
