We are looking Business Development Manager (Domestic Staffing BDM )

Location - Noida Sector 62

Company - Mckinsol Technologies

Timing - 11:00am to 8:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with clients.
Manage existing client relationships to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and expand services offered.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop strategic plans for growth and expansion.
Analyze sales data to optimize sales processes and improve performance.
Identify industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to inform business development decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment agency background.
Strong understanding of contract staffing, permanent staffing, domestic staffing, IT staffing industries.
Excellent communication skills; ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
