Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with clients.
  
• Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  
• Identify market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., recruitment, operations) to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  
• Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize performance and improve results.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in contract staffing or domestic staffing industry.
  
• Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
