Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support the Head Marketing (Projects) in implementing project marketing strategies, driving market development, and increasing project sales to achieve organizational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive
project sales and market development
by achieving weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
Identify new business opportunities through
builders, contractors, and consultants
.
Ensure
timely delivery
, customer satisfaction, and complaint resolution.
Conduct
market research
and analyze competitor activities and pricing trends.
Support product approvals, sales promotions, and branding initiatives in the assigned region.
Execute
branding and promotional activities
including exhibitions, influencer meets, and awareness programs.
Maintain and update
sales data, MIS dashboards, and market intelligence reports
.
Ensure
timely payment recovery
and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Build and sustain
strong relationships with key stakeholders
builders, contractors, consultants, and plumbers.
