Role Overview

We’re looking for a

business development and lead generation hire

to work directly with the founder. You’ll be responsible for identifying leads, initiating outreach, and driving interest in our offerings. As the company grows, you’ll also have the opportunity to

scale the sales team

and shape the playbook.This is an

on-site role

based in

Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai

, with an expectation of working from the office

at least 3–4 days a week

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source leads using tools like Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and databases
Run

cold outreach campaigns

via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Engage with prospects and schedule discovery calls with the CMOs/Marketing Directors

Track and manage lead pipeline using a CRM

to monitor outreach, follow-ups, and performance
  • Plan and implement lead generation campaigns with internal teams
Refine outreach strategies based on response and conversion data
  • Consistently hit monthly targets for revenue generation and lead quality

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales
  • Prior experience in Media or Agency sales is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSomeone who is

proactive, persistent, and results-driven

Comfortable working

on-site

in Mumbai for most of the week
