Linsys Innovations is a Health Tech IT company that owns Treatpatient.com, a SAAS-based clinic/hospital management software. The company provides software development services to the Indian and foreign markets, with a strong technical and business team dedicated to delivering excellent services for hospitals and clients.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales and partnerships for our Hospital Management Software (HMS) solutions. The role involves identifying potential clients (hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers), understanding their operational needs, presenting tailored software solutions, and closing deals to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Generation

Identify and target hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions for HMS implementation.

Generate and nurture leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and industry events.

Conduct product demos and presentations for decision-makers and stakeholders.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, and management staff.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper solution delivery.

Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction post-implementation.

3. Market & Competitor Analysis

Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to refine business approaches.

Gather customer insights and provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for product improvement.

4. Collaboration & Reporting

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to plan promotional campaigns and demo sessions.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports in CRM tools.

Present regular updates on performance metrics and business growth opportunities to management.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

MBA or healthcare management background is an added advantage.

Experience:

37 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in healthcare or hospital IT systems.

Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Experience selling ERP, HIS, EMR, or healthcare SaaS solutions preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of hospital workflows and digital transformation in healthcare.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

New client acquisitions per quarter.

Revenue generated from HMS sales.

Client retention and satisfaction rate.

Conversion rate from leads to closed deals.
