As a Business Development Manager - Sales & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth in the competitive consumer electricals and durables sectors. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, acquiring new clients while managing existing relationships, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and staying updated on product knowledge within the Lights, Electrical Panels, and SanitaryWare industries. You will be tasked with leading negotiations with clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting and achieving sales targets, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.
