Job Description

Location : Banglore/Pune


Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify high-quality B2B leads
  • Meet and engage potential customers to convert leads into sales
  • Regular travel within the region for business development
  • Follow up consistently on leads, meetings, and proposals
  • Secure new orders and renew existing contracts
  • Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (expenses reimbursed by the company)


Experience Required:

3 to 7+ years


Educational Qualifications:

🎓 Diploma/Degree in Engineering

🎓 MBA or BBM preferred for business development experience


Key Skills:

  • Strong

    technical understanding

    of laser cutting and industrial applications
  • Solid knowledge of

    industrial segments and buyer behavior

  • Excellent

    communication and presentation skills

  • Strong in

    sales negotiation, persuasion, and customer engagement

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a natural

    problem solver

  • Proficient in

    English, Hindi, and the local language


Salary & Incentives:

💰 up to ₹18 LPA

📈 Higher salary negotiable based on candidate’s competency
