Job Summary: -

  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field. A technical background with a strong understanding of chemical manufacturing processes is preferred.
  2. Experience:

    Minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry, specifically focusing on the oil and gas sector.

  3. Industry Knowledge:

    In-depth knowledge of the oil and gas industry

    , including its operations, supply chain, and key players. Familiarity with chemicals used in upstream, midstream, and downstream processes is highly desirable.
  4. Sales and Relationship Management: Proven success in driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and managing key accounts. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  6. Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Experience presenting proposals and conducting negotiations with clients and partners.
  7. Results-Driven: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
  8. Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
