Participates and contributes to regular team catch ups with minutes and agendas.
• Showcase KHI in the best of its capability. • Participate in all Quarterly review catch ups’. • Exceed sales budget (grow +33%) • Customer engagement (local key account retention +90%) • Expenses within budget. • Maintain a healthy prospect list in line with your market business plan. • Establish and improve customer compliance (by min 25%) • Signed and completed contracts as per submission (no amendments) Signed and completed contracts as per submission (no amendments) • Convert Open Opportunities into active customers to deliver financial targets. • WIP reports are updated and delivered monthly -prior to the 13th of every month & Variance Analysis on a weekly basis too. • All Leads are entered in Sales Force / SAP on a daily basis. • Maintain market intel on competitor products / pricing & ensure valid local contracts are in place for all key accounts • Provide active support to the marketing team to ensure relevant and effective marketing activities are taking place. • To carry out additional responsibility entrusted by department head.
