Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end sales operations for Dubai real estate projects from India.
  • Drive revenue targets through direct sales, broker channels, and marketing partnerships.
  • Leverage existing Dubai client relationships and expand the buyer base across India.
  • Strategize and execute plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with HNI/NRI investors and key client segments.
  • Oversee the complete sales lifecycle from lead qualification to deal closure and after-sales service.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in Dubai property sales.
  • Good network of Dubai property investors and channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of Dubai real estate regulations, RERA, and developer ecosystem.
  • Tech-savvy with exposure to CRM tools, digital marketing, and virtual presentations.
  • Ability to understand real estate locations and numbers.
