Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition through field sales activities, meetings, and on-ground prospect engagement.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, delivery) to propose tailored solutions.
  • Achieve assigned revenue, pipeline, and growth targets
  • Track opportunities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Ensure post-sale handover and support customer satisfaction and retention.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience

    in field sales or business development (B2B preferred)
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships
  • Strong understanding of

    sales cycles, pipelines, and revenue forecasting

  • Experience conducting in-person client meetings and solution presentations
  • Working knowledge of

    CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)

  • Target-driven mindset with ability to work independently and meet revenue goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand customer business needs and propose value-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with contract negotiations and commercial discussions
  • Awareness of market trends, competitors, and customer buying behaviour.
