About Us: We are a technology-driven company specializing in delivering customized IT solutions, including web and mobile app development, cloud services, DevOps, eCommerce, blockchain, and AI-based applications. Were expanding our presence in the US market and are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT service sales and a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in the US market for IT services. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other channels. Understand client needs, propose appropriate solutions, and create winning proposals and presentations. Collaborate with internal technical and pre-sales teams to develop project scopes, timelines, and pricing. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to the leadership team. Represent the company in virtual and in-person meetings, conferences, and networking events (if applicable). Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development or sales in the IT services industry . Proven experience in selling to the US market , especially in web/app/cloud-based solutions. Excellent understanding of technology domains such as software development, SaaS, cloud computing, eCommerce, or blockchain. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Experience working with US-based clients or agencies. Knowledge of proposal creation and RFP response process. What We Offer: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives.
