Job Title:

International Freight Forwarding (IFF)

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and promote logistics and freight forwarding services within the assigned region.
Manage and retain existing clients, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking progress through CRM and ensuring timely follow-up.
Identify potential clients in import/export, manufacturing, and trading sectors and convert leads into long-term business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, operations, and customer service delivery.
Achieve sales and revenue targets through proactive market engagement and strategic account management.
Handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure operational excellence.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and freight rate fluctuations to identify business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Postgraduate / Graduate in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in International Freight Forwarding sales or business development.
Strong understanding of
Air & Sea Freight

Customs Clearance
, and
End-to-End Logistics Solutions
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
