Primary Outbound planner

• To ensure smooth and timely execution of primary outbound operations, including dispatch planning, documentation, and coordination with transporters and warehouse teams. The role focuses on accurate shipment processing, on-time delivery, and compliance with all logistics and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliverables/outcomes

1. Manage primary outbound operations including dispatch planning, vehicle allocation, and loading supervision.

• 100% on-time dispatch performance against schedule.

2. Coordinate with transporters, warehouse, and planning teams to ensure timely dispatch of materials.

• Zero documentation errors in outbound shipments.

3. Prepare and verify dispatch documents (invoice, e-way bill, LR, delivery challan, etc.).

• Improved vehicle utilization and reduced turnaround time.

4. Monitor shipment tracking and ensure on-time delivery to depots, distributors, or customers.

• Accurate SAP/WMS updates and record maintenance.

5. Maintain accurate records in SAP/WMS and ensure documentation compliance. Analyze daily dispatch performance and report deviations or delays.

• Zero damage or transit issues through proper handling and supervision.

6. Ensure adherence to safety, packaging, and quality standards during dispatch.

• High coordination efficiency with transporters and internal teams.
