🌐 Hiring: Business Development Manager – Infrastructure Design Consultancy 📍 Location: Ahmedabad 🧑‍💼 Position: 1 Opening 📅 Experience: 5+ years in Business Development with Design Consultancy / EPC firms 🏗️ Industry: Infrastructure – Water Supply, Sewerage/Drainage, Roads & Highways, Urban Infrastructure Key Responsibilities: Identify and convert business opportunities with EPC contractors for design consultancy services. Build strategic relationships with EPC firms, government agencies, and private clients. Track and act upon upcoming infrastructure tenders and align design solutions accordingly. Prepare and present proposals, technical bids, and capability documents. Lead pre-bid meetings, form JVs/consortiums, and drive partnerships. Maintain a CRM database of EPC contacts and follow up consistently. Stay informed on competitor moves, pricing strategies, and market trends. Represent the firm at industry expos, client meetings, and technical forums. Achieve revenue targets from design services linked to EPC infrastructure projects. Candidate Profile: Degree in Civil Engineering; MBA (Marketing/Infrastructure) preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in BD within infrastructure/EPC design consultancy. Established network among EPC players in water, drainage, and road projects. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and proposal development skills.
