Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales of construction chemicals, ready mix concrete, paints. tiles to clients and design consultants
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective communication with clients.
Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development decisions.

Making product presentations to architects and structural consultants.

Extensive travel within the given region.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-7 years of experience in technical sales or a related field (construction chemicals, ready mix concrete, tiles).
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to prepare reports using Excel software.
