With a strong presence in schools and colleges, we offer a wide range of solutions, including SaaS-based B2B platforms, competitive exam prep (online and offline), a chain of K-12 schools under the "Mindtree" brand, and B2B services for college branding and admissions.

Role Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for your assigned region.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential clients within your territory.
• Generate high-quality leads through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, attending industry events).
• Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and referral sources.
• Develop and present customized proposals that effectively address client requirements.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed your assigned sales targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and competitor analysis.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt your sales strategy accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Tech
• In-depth understanding of your assigned region's market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
• Proven ability to identify and qualify leads develops proposals, and close deals.
• Ability to travel regionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
