Role Description:

• Coordinate with schools and colleges for business development and brand-building activities.
• Generate high-quality leads through various channels (e.g., events at campuses, networking, cold calling, etc.).
• Create a positive brand perception among student groups
• Support Centre Head in executing various marketing initiatives and overseeing branch operations.
• Achieve enrolment/revenue targets for the allocated centre(s)
• Maintain an accurate record of all existing and potential clients in CRM
• Provide home counseling and visits to engage with potential students and parents, offering personalized guidance and information on programs.

Requirements:

• Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience: 4+ years in education sales, partnerships, or institutional tie-ups; preferably test prep
• Good personality, communication skills and confidence for events/seminars
• Own vehicle and comfortable to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Weekend availability
