Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Hosiery Complex, Phase II, Noida
Industry: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
Experience Required: 8 to 10 years
Salary Range: ₹75,000 – ₹80,000 per month
About the Company:They are a leading provider of HVAC solutions, specializing in the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of evaporative cooling and ventilation systems. Based in Noida, we are committed to delivering innovative and energy-efficient solutions that enhance indoor air quality and ensure comfort across industrial and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to increase company market share in the HVAC segment.
Identify and generate new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and project management firms.
Lead proposal preparation, technical presentations, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, and operations) to ensure client requirements are met.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential areas for expansion.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry meets, and client meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) or Business Management; MBA is a plus.
8–10 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in HVAC, ventilation, or building solutions industry.
Strong understanding of HVAC technologies, especially evaporative cooling and ventilation systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle complex sales cycles.
