Job Description

1. Business Growth & Sales Development

  • Drive sales growth by promoting company products (architectural hardware, fittings, etc.) to architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
  • Identify new business opportunities, projects, and partnerships within the design and construction ecosystem.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion.

2. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Ensure consistent engagement through project updates, design support, and value-added service.

3. Project Tracking & Specification Work

  • Track ongoing and upcoming interior and construction projects for potential business opportunities.
  • Get products specified in project BOQs and drawings by interior designers and architects.
  • Coordinate with the sales execution team to ensure timely follow-up and project closure.

4. Market Research & Networking

  • Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and design trends.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and architect meets to enhance brand visibility and professional networking.
  • Suggest strategies to management for increasing market share in the architectural segment.

5. Product Knowledge & Training

  • Develop a deep understanding of product features, design applications, and technical aspects.
  • Conduct product training sessions or design workshops for architects and interior firms.
  • Provide feedback from the market to the product and marketing teams for improvement.

6. Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, and technical) to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Maintain and update the CRM/database with client details, project status, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on business development activities and project pipelines.
