Business Development Manager- Garment Industry

As a Business Development Manager in the menswear garment sector, your role will involve driving sales growth, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding brand presence in domestic and international markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets. - Identifying new markets, clients, and partnerships to expand business opportunities. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients. - Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. - Collaborating with design, production, and marketing teams to align business goals with customer needs. - Negotiating contracts and closing business deals to maximize revenue. - Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. - Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field. - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the garment or apparel industry. - Strong network in retail, distribution, or fashion industry will be an added advantage. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and meet targets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel for business development activities.
