Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive business development manager to grow and sustain the customer base for our premium fine-dine restaurant. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, skilled in client relationship management, corporate tie-ups, and targeted outreach. Roles & Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase footfall in the restaurant, conduct dining bookings, events and corporate partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with corporates, event planners, travel agencies, luxury lifestyle brands, and other potential partners. Develop and execute strategies to promote the restaurant to HNIs. Actively promote group bookings. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences for clients. Represent the restaurant at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and ongoing client communications. Prepare and present sales performance reports to management. Skills & Qualifications MBA/Bachelors degree in hospitality, marketing or related field. 2 – 5 Years of experience in business development or sales Strong interpersonal and networking skills Excellent verbal and communication skills High level of professionalism and grooming Target driven and result oriented
