Job Title:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities in domestic and international freight forwarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, freight forwarders, and partners.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers to clients.
Negotiate rates and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with operations to ensure timely execution of shipments.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven track record in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of domestic and international freight processes and documentation.
Target-driven and results-oriented.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
