Job Description

CXM Group was established in 2015 primarily as an institutional liquidity provider. CXM is a highly regulated and fast-growing global Fintech group with multiple regulatory licenses, including FCA and Mauritius, spanning global presence with 20+ offices in London, New York, Dubai and Southeast Asia with a 250+ multinational team.

Position Title

  • Account Executive, B2B

Reporting Line

  • Country BDM Team Lead

Location

  • India remotely for initial three months and then relocation to Malaysia

General Purpose

  • Build and grow a network of Introductory Brokers (IBs) who bring active FX traders to CXM and drive revenue

Specific Objectives (≈ 12 months)

  • Drive monthly deposits over USD 50K from certain territory

Key Activities

  • Leverage existing book of institutional FX relationships to generate deposits via the IB channel
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new Introductory Brokers (IBs) to expand active trader flow

Requirements

  • 3-5 yrs institutional FX business‑development success, B2B focus.
  • Proven strategic‑partnership origination and revenue scaling.
  • Solid FX market understanding.
  • Executive‑level relationship‑building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages valued.
  • Self‑directed, analytical, resilient
