Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Medical Devices
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the medical devices market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with distributors, and drive growth for our medical devices products.
• Distributor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors to expand product reach and market share.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively generate leads through platforms like Indiamart, Justdial, and other channels. Handle cold calls and follow up on potential sales.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and drive revenue.
• Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction to build long-term partnerships.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to ensure competitive positioning.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, forecasting future sales and growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within the medical devices sector (e.g., BP monitors, thermometers, surgical instruments).
• Experience in generating leads and sales through online platforms (Indiamart, Justdial).
• Experience in managing distributor relationships and expanding market presence.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation.
• Ability to build and maintain customer and distributor relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
