Business Development Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager located in Ludhiana. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing customized solutions for clients, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and networking.

Responsibilities: -

• As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.
• We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about sales and have the ability to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve targets.

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the IT industry.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

Qualifications-

• Strong sales and negotiation skills in English is Must
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
