Key Responsibilities (KRAs):


  • Identify and map

    potential customers

    across target industries and geographies.
  • Engage with prospects

    through calls, emails, and digital channels to generate interest.
  • Set up meetings

    (in-person or virtual) with key decision-makers.
  • Proactively

    generate leads

    and track them through the sales cycle.
  • Take ownership of

    follow-ups

    on new leads and maintain consistent engagement.
  • Conduct

    product demos

    and

    Proof of Concept (PoC)

    sessions for prospective clients.
  • Manage and update

    CRM systems (HubSpot)

    for accurate lead tracking.
  • Handle

    Sales Funnel Management

    and ensure continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for proposals, presentations, and client communication.


Required Skills:


  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and new business development
  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools (especially HubSpot)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Self-driven with a result-oriented approach
