Your Role at a Glance

Business Development Manager

Full Job Responsibilities

Customer Handling

  • Identify sales opportunities and send commercial proposals.
  • Conduct cold calls to generate new business.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients.

Coordination with Purchase Team

  • Share pricing and purchase order details with the procurement team.
  • Ensure follow-up for software and hardware delivery.
  • Monitor invoicing and support payment collection after installation.

Product Training & Certification

  • Attend regular training sessions on new technologies.
  • Learn and stay updated on the latest IT solutions.
  • Complete at least one product certification per month (mandatory).

Reporting & Communication

  • Maintain daily customer interaction logs.
  • Submit weekly reports to the Reporting Manager and Director.
  • Join daily sales team meetings and bi-weekly Director reviews.

Team Leadership & Sales Targets

  • Manage inside and field sales executives for follow-ups and closures.
  • Ensure quarterly sales targets are achieved.
  • Take up any additional duties as assigned by management.
