Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and confident Business Development Manager (Female) to lead our B2B sales efforts. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our premium skincare range within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential hotel and hospitality clients across assigned regions.
• Present company products to purchase managers, general managers, and decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure recurring business.
• Coordinate with the internal team for samples, pricing, proposals, and timely deliveries.
• Track sales performance, maintain client databases, and provide regular progress reports.
• Attend industry exhibitions, trade events, and meetings to represent the brand professionally.
• Conduct basic market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in B2B or hotel sales (hospitality, FMCG, or skincare industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
• Ability to travel locally for meetings and client visits.
• Knowledge of skincare or cosmetic products will be an added advantage.
