Key Responsibilities: - Establish rapport with potential clients and coordinate meetings for business closures. - Lead new marketing initiatives and research opportunities within the industry. - Enhance the value of existing clients while attracting new ones. - Explore and expand into new markets to drive sales growth. - Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to stay updated on trends. - Create quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements. - Set goals and strategies for the business development team. - Provide training and support to develop the team's skills and knowledge. - Ensure timely achievement of company and team goals as per set benchmarks. Profile Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Proficiency in bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, etc. - Previous experience in sales, marketing, or related fields. - Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members. - Ability to handle complex projects and multitask efficiently. - Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks effectively. - Background knowledge in Information Technology will be an advantage.
