BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - EVENTS

You will be joining Fuel India, a rapidly growing event media company, as a Business Development Team member. Your main focus will be on generating business, nurturing major accounts, and establishing strong relationships with potential clients to ensure the achievement of company, client, and individual goals. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Conduct research, understand prospective company profiles, utilize cold calling and social media tools to generate leads - Develop a Business Development strategy plan, set targets, and work towards achieving business objectives - Meet with potential clients, brainstorm ideas, create presentations, draft proposals, secure business deals, and meet sales targets - Adhere to the sales process and internal procedures - Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure consistent service delivery **Desired Skills and Expertise:** - Thrive in a fast-paced growth environment - Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills - Demonstrate the ability to identify and pursue prospects effectively - Show a strong drive to meet quarterly and yearly targets - Capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines, and working well under pressure - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting **Qualification Required:** - Residing in Bangalore - Experience in selling within the corporate events industry is mandatory This role offers a salary range of INR 4,00,000 to 7,00,000 per annum with additional incentives based on achieving targets.
