Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closure.
Guide and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve targets.
Stay updated on real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for client servicing.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1+ years of proven experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive market.
Local market knowledge of Thane/Mumbai preferred.
