Business Development Manager - EPC Sales

the solar EPC space.

• Good in leading sales negotiations and aligning them with our growth objectives.

• Staying ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive and innovative strategy.

• Skill to Develop network in the renewable energy sector.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge about Indias Solar Energy Sector and its technological changes.

• Profound technical and commercial understanding of PV projects, preferably in both

ground-mounted and rooftop segments.

• Good

• interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain relationships across various interfaces.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including the preparation of high-quality PPT

presentations, understanding of market trends, solar power tariffs, and ROI.

• Analytical skills, a strong drive for results, and good negotiation skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

• Strong business ethics, flexibility, and team spirit.

• Fluency in English and Hindi.

• Mandatory prior experience in similar industry.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and source new business opportunities within C&I clients.

• Initiate and develop ground-mounted and rooftop PV projects.

• Conduct commercial and economic evaluations of opportunities.

• Manage due diligence and transaction execution processes.

• Negotiate and structure investment terms.

• Prepare permit-relevant documents and lead approval procedures.

• Serve as the interface between development and construction teams.

• Establish and maintain a strong market network.

• Review and provide updates on market conditions, developments, and trends
